The Apostle Paul, while in Athens, found there a cross-section of human thought and philosophy and countless local gods. How did he witness to such a diverse group of people? The same way we should today: just share the truth. Paul spoke to the Athenians about the one God they were missing, the only genuine God: the Creator of all. What was their response? Much like the responses of people to the gospel message today: some mocked, some delayed ... and some believed.
