In Genesis chapter 28, Jacob has a wonderful dream in which God makes a promise to Him ... and Jacob tries to turn it into a deal where IF God does what He promised, Jacob will tithe to Him and other things. Just as we do at times, Pastor Brian Larson says that Jacob forgot that God's gifts are given out of His grace to us, not a result of our works.
